Today, Friday, June 10th, was an absolutely gorgeous day! The Boston area had a high of 78 degrees and mostly blue skies. And for once, the humidity was quite low, making it an even more enjoyable day. I have walked around the Hammond Pond Reservation a few times before, but I've never paid close attention to my surroundings like I did today. I of course saw an endless number of plants and trees, as well as a few different types of birds, and even saw what I believe was a fox (but they ran off before I could snap a photo of them)! This is a pretty popular area, so I wasn't surprised to also run across a few other groups walking with their dogs. It was really nice to enjoy some time outside while being more cognizant of the endless forms of life that surround us!
