Specimen retained in the collection of the Selborne society acquisition number 2021-05-02-001
The bands on the abdomen are partially concealed by the wings, but I think that a complete brown band can be seen on tergite 1. The bands, together with the face in photo 4, look similar to a male N. lathburiana. The host Andrena cinerea has been recorded in this location.
The thorax and the absence of yellow markings on the thorax are not right for N. goodeniana.
