WAP153; Found in prairie on soil at transect 6. Height max: 6.8cm, Pileus Max diameter: 2.4cm. Pileus:light brown in center with light brown into dark brown edge and white spots. Collected by: Sarah Hamman. The fungus was terrestrial and grass associated; the grass present was Festuca roemeri. This prairie had been burned a couple months earlier, in September of 2015.
Sweet earthy smell and mild similar taste with a slight spice.
