Tiny stripey spider in the sink. Pretty fast but couldn't surmount the sink edge. First photo is from last night, second photo from this afternoon. It got thinner overnight!
Hm, these were not as in-focus as I thought from the screen. Lumix series continues to hate low light.
Little spider with a translucent, bee-striped abdomen that it kept twirling around in circles:
Persistently, too; several times I'd chase it off trying to take a photo and it'd resume twirling in the new location.
~2mm length. Found this tiny guy on the lip of a large flower pot in our garden. (live oak/chaparral habitat). ID by Boris Büche @ BugGuide.
On s downed freshly split pine
Tiny, 2 mm beetle on our woven shower curtain. I’ve never noticed there before. This appeared to be the only one and it was there all day.
