Likely roadkill, but we had just seen a Raven dispatch what we thought to be an alligator lizard in the very same spot. I have to wonder if it killed this snake, but why drop and waste the food?
I think this is a Salt Marsh Moth, but it is a less distinctly marked than some and the orange on the abdomen less intense.

Hanging out in the rhubarb
Found in a fountain at a wedding venue singing his heart out. Sounded like a stereotypical frog noise, leading me to believe it is a Pacific chorus frog.
