i hear these frogs every evening in the spring but I hardly ever catch a glimpse. this one was perched in a white ash sapling after the rain this morning.
Shed, maybe 1.5 feet in length. On railroad tracks, not near water. Residential. Likely a garter but I have seen dekays and ratsnake in the area before.
