Female on a colour pantrap. Keyed out as Nomada sanguinea although the tegument is mainly orange and not black (but red forms are known). Body length: 8.3 mm. Mandibles simple. Tibia 3 apically with a number of straight, blunt, dark spines. Between the antennae a sharp longitudinal carina. Labrum impunctate basally, with a clear shining area, wide. Labrum apically with a rounded half crown, with a strong tooth bifid (indented) at the top and laterally two smaller teeth. Scutellum with shining interspaces.
