Caught in a little man made pond, cant find any native spieses that matches it
Dead, floating in river. Probably 120 cm long, or so. Was being fed on by flies. What looks like a hoof is in the lower right corner of the first image. My best guess would be wild boar.

Sorry for the bad pictures, they are very rare in this area so seeing one on the window was a delight.
They're not identifiable based on googling this region.
Flat, vivid but almost milky fresh mint green back, no other notable markings, white belly, orange translucent limbs especially on the underside, big suction cup digits, little to no webbing.
They seem to like to hang ouy in safe spots like the woodpile during the day and are more active at night.
Very rare, I thought they went extinct when I was a kid, save a few spottings in the last several years. Nice to see! :)

Seen in Parks Creek, a tributary of the Red River. My guess is a young catfish, due to the barbels. (The barbels are not prominent in the picture.)
