I live in urban Arlington County, Virginia, where I volunteer as a Master Naturalist. While my greatest strengths are with plant life, I aspire to be a good birder as well. I am an Audubon Ambassador for Audubon Society of Northern Virginia, helping other gardeners understand how they can improve habitat values of their green spaces, and also serve on the Steering Committee for Plant NOVA Natives (www.plantnovanatives.org).
