Welcome to the Bryophyte Flora of Simcoe-Muskoka Project. I started working on this project 1 year ago and have started to compile a list of over 115 species of mosses and liverworts found in this region. The size of the region makes it challenging to visit every habitat, but many pairs of eyes looking for friendly neighbourhood bryophytes can speed up the completion of this project significantly. Below is a list of resources (most of which are free!) to help you get started or to continue on your bryological journey. Please upload photos and ask lots of questions! Best wishes, Adam
